still working on it... まだまだあるで〜
We're still working on the left over ingredients. It's Chinese inspired dish....well, sort of.
今日もせっせと精を出して残り物整理。中華風にしたら同じ材料も飽きずに食べれるかな。
nappa, dried shiitake, white mushroom,scallion, ginger, garlic, broccoli and shrimp stir fried with sesame oil and chili sauce. Stir fry is a good dish to make when you have little bit of many things that are left over from other dishes.
海老と野菜の炒め物。ちょっとずつ色んな材料が残ったとき、やはり炒め物は便利。やっと,最後の白菜、茹でブロッコリーを使い切ったぞ。よっしゃ!
yesterday's hijiki rice was a hit with my son, so here we go again. I topped it with seasoned enoki mushroom. A little change here and there.
昨日のひじきご飯が結構良い反響だったので、再び今日も登場。えのきを味醂、昆布だし,醤油で煮て,自家製ナメタケを作ったので、上にちょこっとのせました。
