sweet shrimp 甘エビ
Sweet shrimp are in. First one in this season. I marinate it with sake, light soy sauce and wasabi and let it sit for about half an hour. Sweet shrimp is named for a reason...it really is sweet. Such a delicacy and perfect with cold high great sake or white wine.
今シーズン初の甘エビ。丁寧に皮をむいたら酒、薄口醤油と山葵で和えて30分ほど置きます。甘さがぐっとアップで今晩の白ワインのあてに。
