人参の葉っぱチャーハン fried rice with carrot leaf
先日のオーガニック人参とその葉っぱ。葉っぱは細かく刻んでチャーパンにいれても結構いけます。風味が強いので好き嫌いはあると思いますが、干しえびと一緒だといい感じに仕上がります。
The other day's organic carrots and its leaf. I made fried rice with finely chopped leaf, dried shrimp and egg. The leaf has very strong flavor, so the dried shrimp and egg balance that out quite well...yum!
