自然の甘さ naturally sweet
普段からソースや調味料のかけ過ぎで舌が少々麻痺している人が結構多い。舌は実は訓練できるもので、薄味になれると、ちょっとした甘みや塩味を楽しめるようになる。自然の風味は優しくて本当に美味しいです。せっかくなので日々の調味料やドレッシングをちょっと控えて味覚のダイエットをしてみるのもいいですよ。
It's a shocking truth that so many people now a days have decreased sense of taste " by eating too salty or overly seasoned food. Your tongue can sense slightest sweetness or other flavor when resetting it's sense of taste to a neutral state by getting used to eating whole food without so much seasonings.
たたき牛蒡を作ろうと、塩ゆでした牛蒡を何となくつまみ食いしてびっくりした。甘い。。。牛蒡って何もしなくてもこんなに甘かったんだ。急遽予定変更。胡瓜と大根のスティクと茹で牛蒡にちょっとだけ酢みそと七味をかけました。それだけ。。。でも野菜の自然の甘みが噛む度に口に広がって満足度100点。
I was going to make other dish using boiled burdock root. When I sampled one, it just blew my mind. I didn't realize how sweet a burdock root can be naturally. On top of it's earthy, woody flavor, it's got this mild and gentle sweetness. So, change the plan and put just a little miso vinegar on top along with cucumber and daikon radish sticks. I know, really simple, but simple is good usually!
玄米鮭茶漬け。これに熱々のお茶をかけて、さらさら〜、といきたいとこですが、玄米なので、しっかり噛まないと消化に悪いです。これで顎が更に鍛えられる。。。目指せ猪木。
salmon and brown rice with hot tea. Pour hot green tea on top of this and eat while slurping....staple Japanese easy rice dish, but boy, it's good.
