Just 1 fork needed banana bread
This Sunday was such a miserable day with non-stop rain. Day like this calls for some sweets baking. It fills the apartment with sweet aroma and shuts out all the grey vibe from outside. BUT, it's Sunday, I don't want to be bothered by measuring things....hello?! I'm "off" today. So, this banana bread is the perfect cake for that. It's easy, quick and all you need as an equipment is a big, sturdy dinner fork. In no time, my apartment smells like heaven on earth!
Ingredients:
3~4 very ripe banana
1 1/2 cup of flour
1 cup of sugar
6 table spoon of room temperature butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 teaspoon of baking soda
pinch of salt
1 egg
1/2 cup of raisin, walnuts or/and other dried fruits or nuts of your choice
Direction:
1. mash the bananas with back of the fork. Can be lumpy!
2. mix in sugar, egg, butter, vanilla and salt
3. mix in baking soda and flour. Add any dried fruit, nuts, etc.
4. bake about 45 minutes in 350 oven.
